What messages you get

Sale posters: a text when your sale goes live and a reminder the evening before it starts (no more than 3 texts per sale).
Families requesting estate sale help: a confirmation and a text when a local company unlocks your request.
Estate sale companies: alerts when a new estate sale lead appears in your area.

These are service messages only. We do not send marketing texts.

Opting in

Texts are optional. You only get them if you check the unchecked text box on a form. Consent is not required to post a sale, submit a request, or use the site.

Frequency and cost

Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. We never text between 9pm and 8am Eastern.

Opting out and help

Reply STOP to opt out at any time; you'll get one confirmation and no more texts. Reply START to resubscribe. Reply HELP for help, or email help@garageestatesales.com.

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
